Commercial Manager : Interiors

Location: Dubai

My Client is one of the top multi-disciplined commercial Interior Design firms in Dubai.

They are involved in a variety of different projects within the commercial sector including Bank's, Luxury Car show rooms and offices.

As a result of the increased demand for their services, they are currently in need of an experienced Commercial Manager

Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing the fee proposals and contracts for new projects;
Preparing the internal budgets for each project;
Monitoring & reporting on progress against budget;
Monitoring progress and advising on invoicing against stage milestone;
Managing changes and advising on variations or time extensions;
Undertaking productivity studies and any other appropriate tasks related to the job.

To apply for this position, you must be educated to degree level in Interior Design, Architecture or Engineering.

You must be able to demonstrate Initiative, Customer Focus, Planning and Organisation skills and Adaptability.

You must have excellent networking skills and extensive professional Knowledge.
You should be Computer Literate with excellent verbal and written English.
You must be commercially aware and be experienced in managing the business activities of an Interior Design or Architectural Practice.
