The Company:-

My Client is a successful Architectural Studio based in Loughton, Essex.

They offer a high Quality Architectural and Interior Design service with a difference.

Their philosophy is to create Unique, Innovative and Practical Design Solutions and focus on creating Beautiful Designs that are also Brilliantly Functional.

They are a small, young team that combines experience and authority with enthusiasm, contemporary ideas and a long list of credentials in delivering efficient design across a variety of sectors.

Due to their excellent reputation and an increasing workload, there is currently an opportunity available for a Part II or newly qualified Part III to join the team.

The Role:-

• To run unaided or with minimum supervision any one of the current projects (majority residential refurbishments and new build)
• Working on Drawing Packages
• Taking Responsibility for the project – engaging others as required to ensure smooth running of projects
• Assisting junior team members with any queries that they may have on the projects they are currently working on

Key Attributes:-

• Strong design skills (An interest in Interior Design would be good)
• A good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Job Running experience
• The ability to liaise with clients with Confidence
• Progressive and interested in contemporary and sustainable design

Other Information:-

Hours of work are Full time at 37.5 hours per week

Holiday entitlement starts at 20 days with an additional 1 day added for each year of service up to 25 days.

My Client is in the process of extending their current office and are looking to expand the practice as a whole and are looking for an individual who will want to grow with the company and become an integral part of the team.
